Recently, COVID-19 has us implementing new protocols to keep us all safe!
Here’s the latest routine at our hospital:
When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call our office at any one of our office numbers listed on the banner outside (Main #: 281-550-6960).
When you call, one of our receptionists or veterinary technicians will review your appointment notes and ask about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor. Please also include the color and type of vehicle you’re in, and your immediate contact number so we can call you with any questions or recommendations regarding your pet.
You will still remain in your vehicle.
We will go outside to get your pet from you.
Once your pet is in our building, our veterinarians will examine your pet and may call you with recommendations. This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. Occasionally, we will recommend dropping your pet off with us to perform these. If so, you will need to sign a consent form to leave your pet in our care.
Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, we will call you to discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted. As soon as your pet is finished with services, we will call you to “check out.”
At “check-out” or when picking up your pet, we will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer your questions as best as possible. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
